Post ablation syndrome

I was just dignosed with post ablation syndrome after having an endometrial ablation in january i been having cramping now they tell me the only option is hysterectomy my tubes are tied and they didnt tell me any side effects because of that i can get no info on this can u guys help?

I had an ablation end of lFebruary 2017. I haven’t had any cramping but haven’t been sterilised. My problem now is I’ve got fibroids again and waiting to see a consultant
