Hi ladies! I am now 3 months post op from a hysterectomy (uterus and cervix removal only) I am finally feeling back to my normal self and better than ever.It is a long recovery process and I sometimes felt as if I would never get back to normal but it gets better ladies!! Hang in there😀

That’s so good to hear, I’m due to have total abdominal hysterectomy this coming Friday, starting to feel nervous now! Xx

Hope it all went well and that you are having lots of rest. Recovery does take time, I am 18 weeks post TAH and BSO. Went back to my Pilates class last week and am being very careful. My energy levels are back to normal now but that really does take a while especially at my age (62). Be kind to yourself and try not to rush things.
