3years post tah and bso

I had tah and bso 3 years ago, recently I have had vaginal pain/pressure worse when sitting and after walking.. on googling it says at risk of vaginal vault prolapse? How will they test for this will they give me internal exam ..

Or what else could this be, not on hrt or anything due to previous blood clot. Had op when I was 42
