Waiting for the start of fibroid treatment

Waiting to have a Hysteroscopy and endometrial biopsy. If the results are all clear I can start taking Esmya to hopefully shrink my fibroids which are giving me the size of a 20 week pregnant stomach. Hopefully these will work so I don't have to have a hysterectomy.

Michelle, How are you feeling after taken Esmya? just started mine.

Hiya sorry it's taken me ages to reply. I have just finished my first 3 month dose of Esmya. I luckily only had a few side effects. Best bit was no period for 3 months 😀 I have just had a scan and the tablets have only shrunk the fibroid a small bit (which I knew as my stomach is still huge) so I'm going for the hysterectomy. They want me to start taking a second 3 month dose of Esmya though to keep them down before the op. How are you getting on?
