After Hysterectomy

Hi Ladies, Did you have anything organised after hyster, like physio, pelvic floor therapy, massage therapy to help break down adhesion's. Were these organised through the hospital that you had the surgery at? or could your GP organise all that for you. The thing is I'm not having my full hyster with full endo excision till sometime next year, no appointment date yet. Help would be much appreciated xx
