I wonder if you can help - I take a number of drugs, about 24 and two of them are Clop and War, can I take them the same time as each other? i.e. 6pm at night, its just that Clop makes me feel a little lightheaded.

Look forward to hearing from you.

I am on a number of tablets including Warfarin and Clopidogrel. I split them up and take Clopidogrel in the morning and Warfarin at 6pm as they both thin the blood I find I have no problems taking them this way.

Good luck Carole-J
