INR levels and Homocysteine count: all ever since my first stroke a year ago my homocystene count has risen: 8.3 a year ago to 11.9 today. I would like to take Patrick Holford's supplement, the H Factor, 2xpills daily. Has anyone experience with this please? Does it impact one's INR? Thanks.

Hi there I can see why you want to look into this, and personally I would not do this without the support of advice from my consultant regarding APS and also probably the addition of some nutritionist imput. I take all sorts of things but am not on warfarin but still get stuff checked. Best wishes to you. Mary F x
