Well, after spending six weeks in hosp and a short time in rehab with extra physio I have now been home a week. Went through some very dark days.

Kitties were very pleased to see me, tho Perky was a bit confused, he was last in the line when kitty brains were given out. 😁

During my stay in hosp amongst other things I had a small stroke so having trouble with my right hand but sure it will improve in time. Due in part to an arrogant doc who refused to believe my INR should be as high as it is, fortunately I keep a copy of the letter St Thomas sent to my GP. I don’t get rude I just asked him if his knowledge was as good as the Proff as he was only a doc. It would be fair to say we didn’t get on!

I have known for some time my heart and lungs are not good, Docs didn’t expect me to see last Christmas let alone this one, my second name is stubborn.

Now have 24/7 oxygen which stops my fingers going blue like our dear Kelly’s.

love and hugs to one and all

Like most people I’m writing off 2020, which means I can have the same age as my younger brothers

Which I’m sure will not impress them🤣

Love and hugs to one and all

Glad you are home, as i am sure you are. Sad to hear about the stroke. Keep working that hand, the mind believes what you tell it , tell it positive things. Hugs to you and i hope the dark days are all behind you now. Get some rest and adjust to your new oxygen regime. Good night

Hiya! I’m so pleased you are back home, it will feel strange for a while, after 6 weeks in hospital, following a certain routine, suddenly you can have a drink and eat in your own time and when you feel like it. It can also be a bit scary. Just take your time and ‘go with the flow’. Take care of you (and kitties too of course)

Aloha....well, I can certainly say that your sense of humor was not harmed while you were hospitalized. I hope you get back to "it". Stay strong!

Welcome home J!

I’m sure your own bed and familiar surroundings must be of great comfort.

The older I get, the more I appreciate my favorite pajamas...

You must have gone through some really dark days. I’m hoping you are through the worse of those now.

2020, don’t let the door hit you on the on your backside on your way out!

Enjoy your kittys, snuggle in your fav pajamas, and have nice cups of hot tea in the dreary weather while you heal.

Thank you for the update, as we all were so concerned.

Slow and steady, and check in when you can.
