Have Any APS Patients Had Botox Injections to Stop spasms into the Hand & Arm , Going this Tuesday to have this procedure carried out at my Local Hospital, They Have talked through with the Nero Team and it’s going to be carried out by a Nuro Physiotherapist obviously taking into to account my INR Level , Happy to to this with my INR Between 2.5 - 3.0 Just wondered if anyone else has had Botox in the past and whether you would consider it fairly safe your thoughts would be appreciated thanks Mark

I have Botox every 3 to 4 months. The procedure is very safe my INR is 4. In my opinion really helps, however not for everyone. Good luck, I hope it helps.

My wife has it in her arm and leg and we have never found it made a lot of difference to her INR in the past (she has changed to clexane now ). She had a stroke a few years back and it helps with the cramping of her hand and helps straighten her ankle. Good luck with it.

Several years ago I had a pacemaker installed with INR of 2.7. My doctor did not want to take any chances of a clot. Worked out fine.

I keep my inr at 3.5 and have been doing botox for migraines for 4 years. For me it is a miracle. I go every 10 weeks to my neurologist for this treatment.

Had my Botox Injections this morning to relax my Hand spasms and to relax my arm , Hopefully it will do the job , Review 6 weeks time with physio, INR was 2.9 this morning and wanted it below 3.0 so thankfully just right , Just Like to Reassure others with same kind of problem didn’t feel a thing 👍🏻
