My doc says it's best to be at an INR of 2.5 -3.5 if you have Antiphospholipid syndrome. I feel best at 3-3.5.

Hi, welcome I see you have just joined. I presume you have been diagnosed with Hughes/APS?

Tell us a bit more about yourself, where you are located, health history etc, which will help us answer.

Your INR levels depend on your history, re venous or arterial clots.

Mine is set at 3-4.5 but under 4 I feel worse so we try to keep it between 4 & 4.5.

It took a lot to get them to listen to me so keep on fighting.

I sent a body map and a graph of my inr as well as symptoms eventually they saw what I felt.

Good luck! 💋
