After complaining through PALS six months ago I was sent an appointment to see Professor D,Cruz.

However, this appointment has now been changed twice.

my latest letter says July

I do hope it does not get changed a third time

Follow it up with a letter to PALS, stating both changes of date. It wont change your July appoitment but at least it will be logged.

Also mention that you expect to actually see Prof DeCruz in July, then hopefully they will check he will be in clinic that day.

Unfortunately I had to re arrange the appointment myself,as I must attend a funeral.

the man on the appointments line gave me October

I asked if there was anything sooner as it had already been re-arranged by them twice, but he said not.

I checked that it would definately be Prof D,Cruz, and he said yes

the confirmation letter has just arrived, only it,s now November, with the nurse!

Bearing in mind that originally this appointment was made by PALS after I complained.

I would complain to PALS again, they must give you an appoitment to see him, no point in seeing a nurse, at this stage.

spoke to appointment centre

I still have appointment with the prof in October

the appointment in November was booked last November, annual review

it looks as though someone printed off an old letter instead of my new appointment letter

they are sending that out today
