Hi Tim,

I am not medical trained but I just care about one thing and that is how I can live my life without clots, DVTs, TIAs and damage to inner organs. As I use Warfarin I try to keep my INR at a stable and also high level. My therapeutic range is between 3.5 - 4.0 and I want to be around 4.0 where I feel best.

I know you have the same INR-level as I have and I think (not sure) that you are also selftesting. What more can you do....?

How do you know you have micro-clots as they are not usually seen on Scans? They have seen nothing on me.

Great Easter!

Kerstin

Had an operation last sept after I had a few funny episodes and by coincidence I had appointment at st Thomas and saw a doctor lucky she sent me for a CT scan a month later I saw prof hunt that's when I found out I had mircro clots on the brain they had shown up on scan . Was already on aziophrine because of my lupus but now she up to 150 mg daily

I do self test my inr but at least 3 times a year it crashes for now reason 😌
