Please keep an eye on this, and seek help if it does not settle down. I have never had Warfarin as a treatment option, so I am not the best person to answer you from an experienced perspective,. I hope it settles down. MaryF

Hi,

Try to keep within the therapeutic range. Yes lightheadiness if the INR is too high.

Hi rlupus,

Do you have Hughes Syndrome as well as Lupus?

When did you have an INR of 9,7? What have you done about it? 5.0 in INR is the highest therapeutic range I have heard of. Is that a vein-value and has your Specialist dicided about that?

Best wishes from Kerstin in Stockholm
