At the moment I am experiencing a completely different type of dizzy spell so far has lasted for 2 days non stop. It isn't my usual APS type of giddiness. I have been checking my INR its been a bit eractic but not hugely out, my therapeutic range is 3.5 - 4 I take warfarin and plaquenil. Just not sure how concerned I should be. I am also tender at the back of my neck.

I get spells like this from time to time and it is either my ears or neck. When it is very acute I have to call the GP out as can't get out of bed. Last time I had a stemetil injection which was highly effective, then a day or two of tablets which cleared it. I have had other medication but can't remember what they were called I'm afraid.
