Deep behind knee pain

Hi I have been suffering this deep aching sort of pain behind my left knee it also travels about half way down my calf, it's even there when I wake up in the morning, it's been going on for several months now, what could it be and what should I do please?

Hello, I see you have just joined this forum, firstly we are not medically trained so can't diagnose your problem, only give you the most obvious of advice which is to either go to your doctor or hospital to check this out. Have you any history of Hughes Syndrome/APS? If you have any of the symptoms, then obviously you need to do the relevant tests. All the best. MaryF

Do you have a diagnosis or symptoms of APS/Hughes Syndrome as this is a forum for suffers of that illness.

I'm sorry I don't have APS or at least I don't think I do as I don't even know what APS is

If you turn out to have a blood clot, please get them to do these tests: hughes-syndrome.org/about-h... and be suspicious if you have a history of migraines or miscarriages. The tests are cheap to do, and you can take the forms along to your hospital, come back if we can help you, and if the symptoms ring a bell let me know. MaryF
