Hello
I understand that the antibody levels can vary dramatically but once you have two positive tests over a reasonable period of time that is considered positive, even if some future tests are negative.

Test results come and go, it does not mean that you don't have it, where were you diagnosed, which hospital/country? MaryF
I was tested in January this year and was positive for APS. My hematologist tested again 3 months later and I was still positive. He said that after first diagnosis, they wait 2 to 3 months and test again. If still positive, then you have it. He also said that he has had some patients that were positive for a time, then tested negative--but eventually it comes back.
