Thank you, I did think it was common but just wanted to check. I have my appointment in London on July 1st so will keep the picture to show whoever I see. My skin has been very itchy the last week or so as well is this also common?

As above have said good photo to show the docs, definitely looks like livido! I itch all over too and get rashes and sores especially in the sun, taking a low dose prednisilone to calm this has worked well for me. Whether the itches are down to APS or other conditions, not sure but autoimmune conditions are there own mysteries waiting to be solved.

As everybody say here it looks like livedo reticularis. Sometimes I have it on my feet and hands (with acrocyanosis as well). I`ll never forget when my Doc. asked me if I have painted my feet.....

Did he think that I havent anything more interesting to do than trying to simulate a death foot????? :S

thats livedo reticularis. i get that on my hands, inside of arms and sometimes stomach
