Increasingly over-materialistic society and noisy modern mind has made man lose his adjustments with nature. Nature has no obligation to adjust to us – We will have to adjust to nature. A balanced person will be more healthy, at ease, at home. Meditation tunes the person into the correct vibration with nature. Engaging in meditative practices will arm you with the tools to be more productive, profitable and successful. Many people are discovering how the consistent practice of meditation improves your response to life’s challenges.

HOW TO MEDITATE?

Sit upright but not rigid and perfectly still. Breathe evenly; relax all the muscles in your body, crossed legs eyes closed hand mudra.

Meditate in the same place, time and regularly.

Suppression is an obstacle on the path of meditation.

Total relaxation is the secret to enjoying sitting meditation.

For a mediator talk is vital it should be minimum and valuable. Go in silence one hour before meditation.

Meditate with an empty stomach, the lighter the food and the deeper goes the meditation.

Morning is the best time-body fresh.

Meditate with loose clothes.

Mediatate 20 Minutes, twice a day, exercise for at least 30 minutes a day, spend more time in nature, stop worrying about things you can’t control.

Most people are victims of their own thoughts, and have no means to control what goes on in their minds. Regular meditation leads to the ability to control our thoughts, and even the ability to stop them completely. This creates peace of mind and enables us to achieve what we want to. Thoughts are just like the white clouds, they move in herds. You are the clear blue sky.

Try to be patient don’t be discouraged by your “Monkey Mind” we all struggle with crazy thoughts. Meditation needs practice. As meditation deepens you start changing.
