Most HIV medications need to be taken on a schedule (e.g. 2x day). Do you use any reminders?

When i first started on meds i took two different tablets, one in a blister pack which i wrote on with each day of the week. this way i did not need to worry if i missed a dose. I now only take a single combination tablet which i take every night at bed time. and yes i have missed the odd tablet.
I use an alarm on my phone and a 7 day pill case.
I do the same as Rhul. Pill box and phone alert.
