Hope everyone is fine but they never are,all at once,
What ever your struggle,never give in,
You can do this,put as much energy into having faith as you do having doubts,
Like an ace high hand,Faith will always win.
Hit the pool today for third week now started swimming twice per week,after being physically crippled at times and mainly bed bound in the last 19 months.
Happy to say,now the hep is gone,I'm addressing other issues that went by the by.
Interesting outcome,
Still lack overall feeling of well being,feel like a sack of crap most days but I'm onto that too,
Noticing weekly changed for the better.
If I can do this you can too
Spread the word peeps,life gets better post hep c.
