Does anyone know if codeine are effective for middle of back pain? Been so ull for so long that i mostly would lie down. Following 2 good days in which i walked a fair bit, I'm now feeling sick again but anxious too due to nasty pain in the middle of my back. I cannot get rid of it by lying, sitting, standing or stretching.... if anyone knows please help me. Thankyou.

It may help some people find hard to tolerate is it prescribed
Hi bunnyroo👋🏼 I’m not sure if you’re still having back pain, if so have you ever tried a yoga wheele? They are super great for stretching that area in particular, but also the whole back and feels so great. You can also find free strength building exercises online to use with them which will help give your back more support. Inversion tables are also great, but way more expensive and some people find them awkward or uncomfortable. It won’t work as good as the yoga wheel, but you can get a child’s rubber ball, like a four square ball to see if it helps before buying the yoga wheel though you can find inexpensive ones at target or amazon etc... I hope you find relief soon!!
