Although it's a month old now, have just stumbled upon your posts and have to say I'm saddened. You poor man, alone here, going through the Hell of diagnosis and treatment, only for your wife to leave you? Don't know what to say - nothing will make it better for you. Just know that I AM thinking of you, as I'm sure are most people on this forum. Here for you, take care and warm wishes.
Many thanks, I think it was Xmas stress as we still together,been thru the wringer trying to get benefits sorted,having always worked it's a slap in the face,can't maintain the same lifestyle on pennies.she just come thru the breast cancer battle herself so we really are struggling.Had a setback with my own treatment as I don't start for some time as I have other stuff to sort medicly. I'm on my knees but still alive,thanks for your kind thoughts,They are well timed.
So glad to hear you ate still together with your wife, that's great news! Oh, poor lady, no wonder she's up and down, she made it through the BC, that's the main thing. If the feelings are there, you'll work it out. And money, yes, it's hard, 'cutting your cloth, etc etc...', but both of you try to hold onto the thought that it's temporary and things WILL improve once you have kicked this wretched virus! Talk. Talk it out. Realise what's important. Sod the rest, it can all wait. So long as you move together through this with love, respect and kindness, you'll come out the othet side victorious. My best to you both.
