Already wrote this but lost it so here goes Main symptoms ive encountered are tiredness and nausea Anxiety also though dont know if this is related.
To minimize these symptoms i find eating healthy and limit alcohol. Have as ma y alcohol free days as possible.
Get plenty of sleep.
