Try this database clinicaltrials.gov/. My hep did say a while back when i switched from Tenofovir to Entecavir that a new 'version' of Tenofovir is being developed but i didnt enquire further as (a) its more expensive so less likely to be prescribed) and (b) i decided to try Entecavir first.
