I was on Epclusa but had severe hair loss prior to treatment now clear (touch wood of hep)and hairfall has stopped, seem to have a little regrowth as there are lots of very short sticking up hairs appearing so that's a good sign but it will take time to regrow properly.

Just be patient your hair will probably come back, hope this helps.

Yes!! I have been scouring the internet to see if I’m the only one! Same as you.. straight epclusa. Losing more hair now than when I was on treatment. I’ve been done treatment for a month. It’s insane how much hair I’m losing. Brutal.

Hi there, I was on Epclusa also and have been clear of virus for about a year and a half I had hair loss due to the virus and also the epclusa. Regrowth is slow and my hair remains thin but hopefully in time it will thicken up again apparently oily fish is good for the hair, eat it at least twice a week you also need fat in your diet for hair and cut back on sugar, I hope this helps.
