Hello everyone, my husband took last epclusa tablet today, he was undetected at 8 weeks and had his 12 weeks ones done yesterday, hopefully will be the same, now just hoping it’s ok when he goes back in 12 weeks for the final ones, will update you all again soon, wishing you all happiness and good health xx

More good news 😊 well done for seeing it through and hope things improve now,how did he find the epclusa?side effect wise,I found it ok no real effects.

Hello Alan, he was ok apart from being really tired and muscle aches in legs although the nurse kept saying it’s not one of the side effects but I read it can be so he took vitamins which helped as he works in construction, long days but he did it and just hope the end result is good for us, we go back in October 🙏🏼

Hi, I’ve been today for my final consultation and epclusa has been great for me I had more bloods as a triple check I suppose but he said he is certain the virus has gone and ille be getting referred back to g.p. Hope you get the same news in October 🙋🏻‍♂️

That’s great really pleased for you, I was really worried before my husband started medication but not as bad as I thought apart from his mood swings 😜 wishing you all the best and I probably will pop up now and then to give any help I can, this site was really useful and knowing we weren’t the only ones , take care xx

Hello, this is interesting, I start treatment with Epclusa next week , pick up my meds on Monday but I have been told that I cannot take any supplements with this medication, I have always taken vits and herbs to help me with this condition. I can understand them saying no to herbal remedies but I was surprised at vitamins Did your husband take a general multivitamin to help him through each day? would be interested to know what he took and how much if you don't mind sharing this info. Thanks

Hello, we checked with the nurse and showed her the box, she said it was ok to take. My husband took the Wellman multi-vitamins, one a day, he didn’t take anything at first but due to having bad muscle aches in his legs he did, they seemed to have helped him, also we were told he could take paracetamol and cetrizine for hay fever. To be honest they don’t know about every medicine but the nurses always checked it out for us before saying ok, if this helps x
