Hi you wonderful lot! I'm nearly done with my maviret! Monday 26th to be exact and I will be travelling to Fort William to bare all! This opportunity is out my comfort zone and feel it will help me in other areas of my life. I'm quite excited as I have been housebound and not able to travel. I can quite happily/maybe not at times stay in and do nothing as depression has plagued me my whole life. I'm due my blood test tomorrow so either way I'm prepared for outcome. I'm still alive, I have gratitude and on my way to visit my 3month old niece so I'm looking forward to my day. Life can be tough at times, it's how I handle it that determines the outcome or even the minute ahead of me. I wish you all well.

Yoga is amazing I’ve been into it on and off for years I’ve started doing classes again tones you up fast and makes you feel amazing afterwards 🧘♀️👌❤️💋
