Better than ever!🙌

It’s amazing what a difference a few months can make!🙌

Last November my depression and anxiety got the better of me👎 A long with being diagnosed with type 2 diabetes plus 16 years living with Hep c I honestly thought about ending it all. And I knew I needed help it’s a hard thing to admit and ask for help.I had always dealt with everything alone and in silence.I had isolated myself from everyone including my social media and I barely left the house not even to go to the corner shop!

Now a few months later I am in the clear!💪 My energy is better than ever I’m feeling stronger everyday I’ve dropped 10lb in the last few weeks my blood sugars have improved.And I’ve been killing it in the gym🏋️‍♀️. My confidence is coming back and myself belief. After everything I’ve overcome I know I can do anything! And I will succeed in what ever I chose to do! I already know 2018 is my year! 100%

Yes EBay is my down fall 🤣 yes spoil yourself I munched terrible while going through treatment loads of crap🤣 I’ve stuck to what I promised myself and sorted it though so I’m feeling quite proud of myself💪The last few weeks will fly babes a month from now you will be feeling amazing and these weeks of treatment will be long behind you and forgotten. Lots of love to you girly it’s your time to shine ❤️ xxx

That's beautiful and encouraging. So many opportunities coming up and can't get excited the way I can get. A trip up north in 2 weeks will sort me!

Good advice sis! Good idea brushing up your skills in preparation for your studies! I was on phone to my nurse there and she says my viral load before treatment was 43924 so hopefully I'll get 13 or nil once I'm finished. I'm sending link for this group, I explained how supportive it is has been for me, others can benefit too. Win/win. I'm visiting a hep c support group tomorrow, they practice reiki and massage! All the best and this post made me really hungry, off to the kitchen lol! 😂😂😂 You look fantastic and glowing, well done for getting through all this and finally coming out the other side. You deserve to live the fullest life, so do all of you. I'm still in the middle of a process where I am learning to accept help. I'm not one to take any help or ask for anything normally, and can get quite stubborn about it too lol. This is also a spiritual journey for me, I have never shed so many tears before in such a short space of time. Everything sets me off these day lol 😂. I did it just before Christmas to celebrate a fresh start for 2018 and I feel the purple has been lucky for me plus it’s my favourite colour 🦄 🤣💋💋

Aww thanks Lucien ❤️ you are exactly how I was and me being a Taurus very stubborn 🤣 cry as much as you need too babes better out than in 100% .I felt like I was healing all areas of my life while going through treatment. Still a work in process but I feel like I’m winning💃 lots of ❤️ xxx

Thank you, awww my mum is a Taurus too! 😁 yes it takes some getting used, after all I was used to life with this for so long, as you were, and just kept going, never had the thought in my mind that maybe one day this would actually be curable, and so just made peace with the fact that I have hep c and kept my fingers crossed. And then suddenly you can see a hep free life on the horizon, and when that thought hit me, it sent me on such an emotional rollercoaster lol! I'm a Leo, so just a little stubborn too and want to do everything myself all the time lol. But being on this treatment is teaching me a lot of new lessons. I'm actually quite enjoying the ride, apart from the Ribavirin, I will never make friends with that lol 😉☺️ And you definitely look like you are winning, and you already have!! 👍💖🍀🍀🍀

Yes I totally get it I never could even imagine a Hep c free life either funny thing is I made a vision board November 2016 and that was on it didn’t actually think it was possible 😱 I was exactly the same I enjoyed the journey too I felt like I cleared a lot of cob webs and also learned a lot about myself 🙌My Mums a Leo 😊💋💋💋
