Things that help

Would it be an idea for all of us to share tips on what helped us with treatment side effects?

I’ve found that beetroot, either eaten cooked, juiced raw or blended in a smoothie really strengthens me when the tiredness kicks in.

Using Dead Sea bath salts and Sanctuary Dead Sea soap scrub ease the dry skin and help my aching muscles.

My scalp is dry and itchy and my hair feels brittle- does anyone have any recommendations? It’s been better since I swapped to Lush conditioner but even so it’s so brittle

Hi toots, 🙋 I use coconut oil on my hair and if you look back a few posts you'll see condition is good. I don't wash it more than twice weekly as this can dry it out. I use a SLS free shampoo base and add essential oils if i want. I never use conditioners or dyes etc & no hairdryer etc 😉

Glad youre ok 😍😍😍

Hi there. Shampoo wise I would use something with no parabens or fragrance. You could try putting a few drops of lavender essential oil on your scalp and that may ease any itching u have.
