Hi, You need statin as a secondary medication to help with blood flow!. Please take a look at posts over the last 7 days. There is a video clip which talks about controlling and repairing with leafy veg food intake. Nitric Oxide. While I am here I am unable to go back to that post. This video clip is 79 minutes long, excellent viewing. for a while you may have to cut out some of your regular food, supplements are a no no!

This may be difficult to start with!

good luck.

To the best of my knowledge Naicin/Vitamin B-3 is good for removing cholesterol and plant sterols is something structured like cholesterol so it fools the body into thinking that it's cholesterol and the body picks up that and the cholesterol goes through the body. You can take that with statins. That's the general knowledge that I have come to believe.
