Cholesterol and Ezetrol tablets

Hi I am taking Ezetrol 10mg and have really bad pains in my legs The problem is not sure if the pains are due to my bad back which as gone a lot worse since taking the Ezetrol. If anyone else is having these problems could you let me know please

Am always learning about cholesterol. What is you food intake like? Are you on a low fat food intake?

Hi Bala I have a very healthy diet exercise and in the correct weight range for my age which is 72. My cholestrol has always been high from 6.8 to 7.8 no matter what I try it just never goes down very much. I have tried 3 statins before I was put on Ezetrol with all of them I have had pains in my legs

My cholesterol is high, am 68, as I had side effect from statin, I went for electro cardio gram and echo cardiogram. The consultant said no medication required after basic checks and test results.

My GP's comments, we are monitoring your condition by 6 monthly blood test.

I am maintaining my weight and three numbers, BP, blood glucose and cholesterol by food intake control and regular exercise by going to the gym.
