Just had atrial flutter I think but I kicked off my anxiety, sucks.

Anyone ever had that feeling of the heart being like squeezed slightly or like it's preparing to go into an arrythmia, then when it happens it releases? I feel that slight squeezing. Bracing myself for it. I have a loop recorder in, was put in a few days ago. Just hope this feeling passes. Just venting.

Hi there. I’ve had a feeling where it feels my heart swells up then I’ll get a palp then I’ll left w pressure in that area after. That sensation however isnt often. But I am very familiar with atrial tachycardia , atrial flutter , pvc pac and svt as I seem to get all of them. They are NOT fun. And “scary “ ones shake me to my core and set off anxiety for the minute, day or even weeks. Depends. Idk how they say it’s “ok” not to stress. They don’t feel okay Holter will be great to know exactly what it is you felt.
