Dr Sanjay Gupta from York Cardiology recommends Magnesium Taurate which definitely helped me. See his videos on Youtube if you haven't already. Good Luck.

Thank you for your response. I love his videos! I am definitely going to try it. I am always so nervous about taking anything. I was taking Flecainide for over a year and it stopped working so my EP switched me to Multaq. I have been taking it for a little over a month now. It works pretty good but still have them in a daily basis. Am hoping the magnesium will help with what the Multaq doesn’t.

Magnesium only enhances body response to medication so you will only see improvement. One known phenomenon is as you start to restore low magnesium in your body...several enzymes start to restart so you may (you maynot) feel a little strange.Start with low dose of 250 mg per day for the first week then aim for 500 mg daily.I have experienced new energy and clarity of mind since beginning magnesium therapy 18 months ago...and so far during that period have have no ectopics. You may get to a point where you can lower your medication but this is something you discuss in the fullness of time with your own Doctor.

Wish you peace and good health for the future.
