Ectopic Beats, Magnesium and Potassium

Let me share a bit of a story again, I was afib patient for a long time, well that was brought up to hospital 2 years ago, more or less, went on meds Concor 2.5 mg and aspirin, this is what was prescribed to me, took them for a month, and then got off meds as I dont like taking daily meds, and went with healthy diet , food and that straighten things right away and was afib free for 6 months and still is

Although a few days ago I started feeling bumps , thumbs alike in my chest, wired, and asked what are those? checked here and they are ectopic beats, PVC or the other one, so started searching here again what is the way to go now, I always heard about Magnesium and Potassium, made more reading about them here, and decide to give Magnesium a shot, Nature Bounty Magnesium Oxide, 1 400 mg a day, didn't feel much of change so decided to add Potassium , took one pill in the night, the very next morning I felt something chaged in a good way, my ectopic started 9 am in the morning as oppose to starting as soon as I wake up in the morning at around 6 am , but didnt thought this was it, 2nd and 3rd day on this regime, Magnesium in the morning and Potassium in the evening and today I almost didnt have but rarely

So I believe that what did the change was Potassium , now what to do next? My cardiologist appointment is due on 26-May-19 and I intend to keep taking these 2 supplement as I feel much improvement and they are working really good

I as well heard good reviews about Tuarine for heart health , do I need to add that as well ?

Can I supsitiue food loads with potassium instead of taking a cap?

Please suggest a plan / strategy to continue with holistic path

Be very careful with potassium supplements, they are generally not recommended unless under medical supervision, high potassium levels are dangerous.

That I could sort out by going for a test and discussing with doctor , I still believe this wont change my potassium level as the dosage is considered small compared to rich potassium food like bananas etc , thx

Am cutting the 99 mg into half and will consume on daily basis, will do a test in a month time, any update to how this goes will include it here even if I quit taking potassium for the time being its 1 cap magnesium oxide and half a 99 mg cap
