Bisoprolol woozy head

I am only on 1.25 of Bisoprolol. For most of the next day ( I take it at 6.00pm) I have a blown up woozy head. Anyone else had this and found a solution?

Thanks

I am on the same and

Find I let the lightheaded kind of woozy feeling but it just comes when it feels,

The only thing that seems to help is lying down on my front for a while resting my head. I used to think it could be low

Blood pressure caused by meds so I would have something salty to eat but to this day I don't know what causes it. My guess is fluctuations of the blood pressure maybe.

Hi Craig. I take 7.5mg bisoprolol tablet before bed each night and have never experienced that. Maybe chat to the doc could change your tablets?

I take 2.5mg of bisoprolol each morning. Generally I'm fine. When I feel tired, I feel more tired than I did before the days of not taking the medication, but I can function quite normally whilst taking it. Can't say I have a constant feeling that you are describing but from previous posts I've read it's not unusual. Best talk to your GP, he/she may suggest a different BB to try.

I had exactly same reaction to low dose Bisoprolol. I was taking it for multiple symptomatic ectopics, but it lowered my bp too much. Speak to your doctor. I have found that wearing compression socks whilst up & about helps with the dizziness.

I've had problems with 1.25mg bisoprolol for years now with it only becoming more evident what problems it has caused when I was off it for a very short time following my first ablation. I lose a lot of sleep waking up 4-5 times per night, feel light headed frequently, get breathless when walking or putting my heart under any stress and often get chest/throat pains. So I do feel varying amounts of fatigue and wooziness with great regularity. I find it is not always predictable when tiredness, wooziness, breathlessness kicks in as it appears to vary to some extent day to day. Unfortunately I'm stuck on it unless my last ablation has worked!!

Good luck to you as well - I'm hoping that lifestyle changes can help all of us get a bit more control over the condition!!
