I've had SVT for several years now but attacks have been worsening recently, with near faints increasing. I've been taking prednisolone for 19 years to treat PMR/GCA. I've been reducing my dose gently and am at 8mg daily. Can there be a correlation between reducing the prednisolone and increasing SVT episodes?
