Slow heart rate

Hi

I have PAF and first degree heat block which slows my heart rate down a bit. My resting heart rate is around 52 and it dips at night to around 45 on occasions (per my Fitbit).

Anyone else have similar issues - do you worry about it?

Yes have the same condition 56 /minute,

nights were particularly challenging

Pushed pillows up, sleeping well for the majority of the week

I am checking for orthostatic hypotension

and trying to increase my weekly average HR by 1-2%

15 years ago when I was obese 1st block reported

lost weight downgraded borderline conduction abnormality

Recently gained weight it came back

Hope this helps

If I can get to sixty without a pacemaker and this floppy muscle(cardiologist speak) I will have avoided that curveball or swinger
