Hi I'm new on here

All change for me why cant I take any painkiller only have a paracetamol

I'm on warfarin tablets

You can take various pain killers but paracetamol is the safest. Codeine or co codamol is stronger. Anti inflammatory agents like ibuprofen will increase your bleeding risk.
