About 18 months ago my ophthalmologist suggested I take Omega 3 6 9 as it has been proven to help with dry eyes (sjorgrens syndrome) associated with my rheumatoid arthritis.(possibly helps with the latter as it has anti Inflammatory properties). Has certainly helped my eyes. Now I read you shouldn't take it for longer than a year as it can cause heart arrythmias. As I have almost constant ectopics I am wondering if I should continue with it. Has anyone else heard this?
Thanks

Please site the reference about Omega 3's and arrythmias. I would like to read it as I have been taking Omega 3's for 20 years and am in persistent AF. Thanks.
I can't give you any particular reference but just google omega 3 6 9 and arrythmias and you will find all sorts of conflicting advice. I don't know what to do as it certainly helps my eye condition so I need to discuss it with both consultants before giving it up.
