heart bypass graph
I’m still on the virtual ward. It’s been 3 weeks now. I’m waiting for a bypass graph. Has anybody been on a virtual ward and how long where you on it . I still got no news of my bypass graph. I’m just wondering how long people have had to wait for theirs. I’ve got a 99 per cent blockage in my left artery

even it wasn’t related to the

Hubby feels rubbish 6 weeks after heart bypass
Hi everyone My hubby had a double bypass 6 weeks ago. He did very well initially, but it's 6 weeks now and he feels he's gone backwards. Still in pain with his chest, but now feeling more weak in his arms. Getting in and out of his chair is painful. He feels very unfit - top of the stairs and

Yearly blood test
I take it many of you have reached the time when you are having your yearly blood test after
heart
bypass
. I just wondered how conclusive and accurate you have found the results.

Low Platelet count
My husband had s
heart

in December 2023 and had a low platelet count prior to surgery of 284. After his surgery he received approx 12 pints of blood dye to complications.

Support for husband having triple heart bypass in February 2024
My husband had a heart attack in August 2023. When stenting his artery, surgeons said another artery needed attention. They tried to stent 5 days later but couldn't and he was put on the waiting list for a bypass. This is scheduled for mid February. He's only 65, fit - but a Type 1 diabetic. He's terrified

Dissected Aorta Type A
He had quadruple
heart
bypass
11 years ago. In October 2023 he stopped taking his Furosemide- a stupid thing to do as it started off a rollercoaster of health problems, now resulting in this diagnosis. Surgery is not an option, his health is not in a good condition.

Heart bypass or stens
Hi all I have been diagnosed with blockages to 3 arteries and the consultant has given me the option of a bypass or stens. Almost a 50:50. I am unsure which to take and was wondering if anyone had been in the same boat and had any advice. Which you chose and why ?

Blood test after x-ray
A few years ago she had a
heart
bypass
, but then it was obvious she had a problem with chest pains and being out of breath when she walked. Now though, she has no issues.

This has been going on for the last 5 years and, unfortunately, in the meantime I had to have a Triple

Heart
Failure as a result I’m not able to take normal pain relief.

Hello, an introduction
Heart
attack Nov22 and had a triple
heart
bypass
two weeks later. Rehab and recovery went very well and was back in work end of Feb23. Took every positive from the negatives and quit smoking (12 months smoke free) wish I'd done it sooner.
