I don't experience hearing loss as severe dizziness and loss of balance. Was told it was to do with shifting blood pressure. However, I am not so sure.

Sorry - do you mean you experience dizziness which has been attributed to fluctuating blood pressure or that you have hearing loss without dizziness?
