King prawns marinated in a paste of ginger, garlic, lemon grass, salt and pepper for an hour, deep fried in seasoned tempura butter. A lovely coleslaw made with cabbage, carrot, pickled onions and pickled gherkin, mayonnaise with lime juice. Plum tomato and a few chips.

Made lots of king prawns as I like to eat them cold with a sweet chilli sauce the next day. 😊

Thank you Bluelady, it was all really delicious.. I loved the marinated prawns, the coleslaw was delicious, I will make some more today. 😊

Thank you Zara, it really was delicious, I could eat those prawns every day..when me and the boys was in Agonda for a few months they would order 3 or 4 plates loads of the golden fry prawns, and I would cook them for breakfast for them as soon as we got back from buying fresh prawns from the fishermen. It's just after 5pm here now, and time to settle down for the night...😊
