Two days ago I started Time Restricted Fasting - I eat between 10am and 6pm. I like to read Dr Mosley's articles in the daily mail where he sometimes writes about how fasting could help reduce high blood pressure. He is the founder of The 5:2 intermittent fasting approach. I can't do a 5:2 intermittent fasting because I am not very keen on calorie counting. Has anybody tried intermittent fasting? How did it go?
