Granny Smith apples and black plums cooked in butter and sugar with cinnamon, cloves, star annisd and cardamom until mushy, allow to cool put in glass baking tray and add sponge mixture, cook in oven.
Serve with a creamy custard..perfect 😊
It was delicious after my evening meal of stir fried crab curry, a favourite with the kids..so much so I never got any last night so went to the fish market again this morning 😋
