Since we have the new poll about fruit in the Summer months that Jerry posted today, it gave me an idea for what to do as a dessert for my lunch. I had cut up fresh black cherries 🍒 and blueberries 🫐 on the side. I also had tuna and pine nut hummus as the main dish. The entire meal was: 19 carbs. with the fruit. With the hummus on its own, it’s 4 carbs..
