Well, I was in the Kitchen when she was preparing it. And Frank the grandson was struggling to open his yoghert, he suddenly said "stupid bloody lid", my wife looked at me and said " I wonder where he got that from ?" I replied "out of the bleeding fridge what do you think !!" 🙄🙄🤗🤗😘

When I pick Frank up from the station, we usually take a slow walk through the park on the way to school. But today it was raining heavily, so I took him into the M&S food hall. He asked for a chocolate croissant, but I got him a plain one, look at his face !!🤣🤗😘

I love seafood more than anything. I've sometimes wondered if it's because I love the water so much. Growing up next to the water has meant that I was always on it, in it or around it. It feel s like it's part of me. Scuba diving, surfing, swimming. Even in the really cold weather.

We are so lucky to have our own lobster pots and the river is an amazing place to catch delicious fresh seabass.

We also have our own patch of a mussle bed. It amazing. It's like nature is providing us with a seafood paradise on our doorstep.

I have a family member visiting from back home today and they've brought me fresh crab and some whelks. Really tastes so good with toasted sourdough bread.

Seafood is amazing isn't it? Completely divine in my opinion 😃🦐🦀 and even better when shared!

Hello looks lovely very nice healthy combination and well presented most of my meals look like a dogs dinner 🙄😂 but the cat likes them🤔😸I love avacados there classed as a super food and very versatile love on toast for breakfast with banana too, think your meal be nice with glass merlot 😂😁
