I’m a little low on my energy right now as I get very tired when my pmdd starts 😖 so I made myself an early lunch with mixture of veggies, eggs, avocado, seeds, tomatoes, fruits and carrots in balsamic vinegar dressing.
Midday dessert: oatmeal cookie and tea.
