I finally found the time to make my very own olive bread, and it turned out better then I had hoped for.. the one loaf got eating almost the moment it come out the oven..had to give it a good few blows first.
There is absolutely no need for me to buy bread for myself again. I saved one loaf for tomorrow that am sure I will have with some salad and dip onto the dressing.
It was made with 500g of wholemeal flour, yeast chopped onion, dried mint, olives, olive oil, water.
The recipe had added salt, but half of the olives I used were very salty, so I didn't add any and it was perfectly balanced with the salty olives.
One of the best things I cooked ever π
Hey Hidden yiur olive bread looks amazing I smiled when you said the first loaf barely touched the plates as it looks and sounds delicious.
So thanks for posting this I hope that it inspires others. π
Thanks Jerry, it's certainly inspired me and gave me the confidence to try other breads to, though am going to be happy with this one for a very long time π
