Todays gluten free breakfast.

Good morning everyone,

I do like a nice breakfast especially when I've a busy energetic day as it sets me up nicely for the rest of the day. I am creating a wild life garden where there was an abandoned and over grown orchard, I live on a hill and the wild boars help cultivate things LOL and basically make a right mess so I can't use a ride on mower and have to use a really powerful brush cutter and it takes most of the day to cut 1/3acre as the battery lasts about 40 mins and then takes another 40 mins to recharge so I can have a cuppa and recharge myself.

This is one of my favourite cooked breakfasts, its egg on home baked gluten free bread with baby tomatoes new potatoes and slices of nut luncheon all lightly sautéed in olive oil. And its all sugar free...😇

This sounds and looks fantastic for a breakfast/brunch idea. Do you have any leftovers for another day? Glad you can add the baby tomatoes.😀👍🍳

Thanks Leah, the nut luncheon comes in a tin the same size as a tin of baked beans so there's plenty for a few meals.👍😊

I sure do like leftovers. It makes planning meals during the week a lot easier for me and less time to do things for them. :-) What are your favorite meals that you do for leftovers, Hidden ? :-)

Absolutely! And ohh stax: soup, chilli, bolognese, curry.. I want to have a go at GF pizza dough at some point because I love cold leftover pizza 😋

Hey your olive bread sounds good to me Hidden Your farm also sounds great so nice one,My brush cutter uses a 56v lithium battery and it takes 40 minutes to recharge so is perfect for me LOL. 😁

That looks good Jerry! 😋 I'm going to have a go at making GF bread this week. I've never ever made even regular bread before, so dunno what it will be like.. 🙃

Hey thanks Hidden I remember when I started baking gf bread as I started by making gf bread rolls. They were great for work and seemed easier.

I'll be very interested in how you get on so please do share and good luck. 😊
