Hi everyone,
As I made the pancake mix last night for dinner tonight I had spicy stuffed pancakes filled with mushrooms leeks and dried chilli, I was cooking the second one when I photographed this.
The pancake is half and half gram flour (chickpea flour) and plain white gf mix with an equal amount of coconut milk.
Its a really easy gluten free plant based pancake mix and was really nice. 😊

I used to eat salad sometimes at school they would have this station where you put your favorite toppings and salad dressing 😊.
Hi Hiba have you tried thousand Island dressing on our Holidays we prefard self service and could get as much as wanted and loads choice there was all sorts and I tried black olives and different dressings and there's lots of things you can put on salads I live coleslaw and I used to love cheese coleslaw but I'm on a cut down from that but still got 2 opens blocks in the fridge lol hope you have a good day and lots of nice things to eat hugs from Mandy and pixie 🧡😺🧀😁xxx
